Update on create a vision for 2024

Barbara, Debre, Dareth and Mike, we have started a working group for anyone who would like to create a vision for 2024 and support each other with goal setting and accountability. We are going to have an online meeting on Monday 25th March at 10am to get us started and then use the working group to keep motivated.
