There was no recording this evening. Here are some of the things thats came up in conversation. The lecturer who was at City and Guilds of London Art School when I was there is Hugh Mendes. Here is a video of him speaking about his work. When i was on my MA, I was aware of him but never really spoke to him. Watching this video, I wish I had spoken to him. I think i mistook his quietness for standoffishness.
