Creative progress

Doodling while up late assessing students projects. Feeling like I would like more time to practice and work on a transcription project. Now realising as I write this that my chosen art work is a Book of Hours which is an illumated manuscript prayer book. The illustrations are mostly monochrome and they are images in the margins around text. So my little biro drawing could be thought of as an illumination around my assessments. Perhaps? Maybe I can look at small and monochrome and fitting practice in the "margins"?
