The portraits are sensitive and really capture the essence and spirit of the people. Having them with the text makes each element more powerful and profound. I look more deeply at the drawing with the words ringing in my ears and I read the words with the character in mind that you have captured. Yes, I could watch videos of these speeches but there is something about the hand drawn image that encourages me to slow down and look and in that slowing, I hear the words with more depth.
