Final edit
As Dan suggested, I used an oil stick for these. I liked the loose sketchiness of its marks, but I wanted the lines tightened up slightly in a couple of places. I've just spent about a minute doing so on each using black oil paint and a very fine brush. I think I prefer them now. Total time spent drawing the lines is not more than 2 minutes per work. Planning and preparation time about two hours each. So a 1:60 ratio. I hope that meets the brief!

Interesting to hear that you wanted to do an edit of sorts. Really nice pieces. Love it that you’ve calculated the time ratio to show you’ve met the brief 10/10. My interpretation of the brief was not quite as closely matched as yours was 😂
