Picking up the pieces. I have had a ‘disastrous ‘ silk week, well maybe ! 🥴.
Everything that could go wrong with my silk work did. Undaunted , I decided to do some collage work on the theme of pattern, line and negative space (with my 'disaster' ) . Here is the result. A wonky London skyline! Then, I opened my studio door and the fragile silk pieces flew into my garden 😅. Now reunited so maybe I'll try this again ...with adhesive next time.
