Manifesto
This is my first attempt at responding to the manifesto brief...
Habits within my process that do not help my creativity
1. Thinking that my creating art must always occur in single, long periods of time (i.e. an hour or more).
2. A belief that my creating art must always occur within a hallowed, special moment.
3. A misassumption that my creating art transcends the rest of my life.
Manifesto
1. Your practice must occur in bursts of not more than 10 minutes, punctuated by breaks of at least an hour.
2. Your practice must occur at least 5 times a week.
3. Your practice must occur when going about routine daily tasks that have not been undertaken for the purposes of 'art' (e.g. regular walks, listening to music, shopping trips, watching TV, visits to the pub) and never in your studio.
4. Your practice must occur on random, separate sheets of paper or card (not a sketch book). And kept loose in an A4 plastic wallet.

Ben this is great. And it could be my manifesto. Especially numbers 1,2 and 3. How’s it going? Are you sticking to it?
