15 second sketches.
I sat on the canal towpath and grabbed a rapid impression of the various passers-by as they moved towards or away from me.
A real urgency - panic even - to this type of working. But I found it very stimulating.
At the end I calmed myself down down by drawing some stationary plants that were growing next to me.

Do you mean you felt panic / urgency to capture the people as they quickly moved by? Or panic about doing the exercise? The sketches of the figures are fab. It's amazing how much information one can get from a few quick strokes.
